Hello,

a bit about me:

My name is Keisha Renee George-Flemister, and I am a freelance writer and a content creator.  As the owner of 90Life Web Management, I have managed Social Media pages which united people who shared the same interests.  90Life was inspired by my grandmother's 90th birthday in 2011.

I am a book author, and my first book, Raquel's New Career Story:  Sisterhood and Rivalry, was self-published in 2008.  I have written poems and two original screenplays.  I have produced songs and have written song lyrics.  I have several works copyrighted in the United States.  I was an extra in the HBO movie Boycott in the year 2000 which starred actor Jeffrey Wright as Martin Luther King, Jr.

I graduated from Bradwell Institute, a high school in Hinesville, Georgia, in 1992.  In high school, I sang in the chorus for two years, was a lieutenant on the Color Guard team my senior year, and was class secretary for three years including my senior year.  I attended Clark Atlanta University during my freshman '92-'93 year and my sophomore '93-'94 year on a full Computer Science scholarship.  In the Fall of '94, I transferred to Spelman College and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.  My two favorite Spelman professors were Dr. Donna Akiba Harper and Dr. Gloria Wade-Gayles.

My corporation, Mirror Life Writings, Inc., is in Georgia, and I started it in 2007.  My vision for this corporation is to produce products and creative works to inspire and encourage people to write.  Prior to me starting my own corporation in 2007, I worked for ten years at the company Bellsouth which has since merged with AT&T.  My job functions were in the areas of Customer Service, Billing, and Publishing.

While at Bellsouth, I was recognized for my work performance with numerous awards including being named to The BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation's President's Club in 2000.  Being selected for The President's Club was the company's highest and most prestigious honor for an employee.  Also, I was the recipient of The President's Club Platinum Award in 2001, in recognition of my commitment, efforts, and enthusiasm in my department.

In 2007, I made a heartfelt decision to leave the company and start my own business.  My work experience at Bellsouth was truly beneficial, and I have maintained the same work ethic of accuracy and excellence today.

Born in 1974, I grew up in a small Georgia town called Midway with my parents and two older sisters.  I have three children.  I gave birth to my first child Donyale in 2004, my second child Keith in 2006, and my third child Trinity in 2017.  My children's father and I were married in 2003 and divorced in 2018.

Besides parenting and writing, I also enjoy learning new things, exploring new places, learning more about people, and trying new work or volunteer opportunities.  My spiritual life is vital to my well-being.  My favorite phrase to write in my life journal is "Thank you God!  Thank you Jesus!".

I am a Gospel Music fan.  When I was a child, I listened to a lot of gospel music and sang in my church's choir and community mass choir.  I also sang in the M.L.K., Jr. Chapel Choir in Atlanta while in college.  i was even elected the president of that choir for one year.  I enjoy listening to great traditional and contemporary gospel music.  I have written a few gospel songs.  Two of my songs are entitled "You Need To Pray" and "God Sent Angel".  I hope these songs can inspire people.
